I'm happy with where I'm at now and I would like to thank my therapist and the team for providing people with opportunity to address the issue online at the convenience of their homes and time as opposed to other pricey options. I would recommend this program for whoever is seeking help and prefers a less costly and online approach.
I've been to therapy and done online programs before without much result. I think the weekly writing exercises, coupled with therapist feedback were really helpful for me. The combination of values-based thinking exercises, mindfulness, and CBT strategies added up to a real change over the two month period…. Thank you so much for your help--it's made a huge difference for me. And, the exercises we went through have also improved my life more broadly speaking.
I have become more aware of what triggers me and what I can do instead, as well as learning to deal with anxiety and stress a different way. My behaviour awareness has risen which makes it easier to make mindful choices based on my values. I believe now that I have the power and tools to, with long and hard practice, break the bad habits I so long wanted to eliminate.
I liked how comprehensive the program was. I learned some new and very helpful viewpoints and practical tools to help me going forward …. The best part was working one-on-one with my therapist online. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and encouraging. I felt like I could talk to her about anything. I would recommend this program because of its fresh approach and great insights.
The experience was extremely valuable. The combination of learning techniques and having weekly check ins to chart progress really helped, and while it will not always be easy, I genuinely feel that the behaviour is no longer something that limits or inhibits me. I would absolutely recommend this program to someone else looking for help.
